Excellent sushi place! I've been here several times and haven't been disappointed yet! The sushi is fresh and delicious. And you can't beat their specials! Even the to-go lunch beef teriyaki was plated beautifully, unlike many carry out places. I highly recommend this place!

This is a great place to get sushi! I definitely recommend it! They have great deals Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday! Be sure to try this place, it may not be that busy, but it is a great little sushi spot!

This dunning restaurant is the best place to rest after a long drive. Gyoza is really good with nice decoration. Sushi combo is a good choice if you want to eat 6 pieces each and it has three kinds in total. The udon soup is sooooo good but you have to ask them to cook longer time. And haven't try the bubble tea yet:) will definitely come back! 啊哈哈哈哈啊 好好åƒï¼

So good, especially the Naruto roll, fantastic without rice! It was spicy tuna wrapped in thin shavings of cucumber. We've not had this anywhere else and it was so refreshing!

I love this place! Their sushi is really good they also have the best Thai food I have ever had. I've been coming here since they first opened and have never been disappointed.

I really enjoy this place. The waitstaff is very good and food comes out quickly. The sushi is good but their pad Thai is the jackpot. For $8, you get super good noodles and a portion big enough to have lunch tomorrow too. Also miso soup or ginger salad. The bento boxes are good deals too. It's never very busy in here which is upsetting because it's a great local place. So don't be deterred by not seeing cars outside, it's not unpopular, it's just a well kept secret!

Fresh and super good. The miso soup was the best I've had in Palm Coast. Salmon sashimi was delicious with good color and texture. The mango salmon roll was a new experience for me, and I was pleasantly surprised by the balance of sweet and savory flavors. The spicy salmon was not as spicy as I like, but I like spicy!! The bento boxes were generous portions. Tempura vegetables were perfectly fried with a thin layer of batter, which is just the way I like it.

super fresh choices and if you get a chance to come friday ask for sea urchin! love different special roll choices and my husband who does not seafood loves their thai chilli wings.

Amazing food and great service! The California rolls are wonderful and are $2.99 certain days of the week. The bento boxes are also a fair price. I ordered the teriyaki salmon and was very impressed. We came here two days in a row and loved it both times!

We have been dining at Kawa about twice a week for last 3 months. We both love their sushi and red chicken curry. I also highly recommend the bentos box, a taste of many menu items: sashimi, sushi roll, chicken curry, tempura shrimp and vegetables. I you had never tried it I would recommend a small bottle of cold saki.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The decor is a bit stark as evident by a very large mostly empty fish tank. There are old Santa pictures on the wall behind it. I am a bit of a sushi snob and was disappointed. Although the rolls were very well presented and large, they had little flavor. The sushi rice was not at all sticky and fell apart as I bit into the Tuna sushi piece. Disappointed in flavor vs price value

I've had sushi all over the world and for a US based restaurant I think this would be good anywhere. Surprised to find this quality sushi in Palm Coast. It's never busy and I can't figure that out. It may be a bit pricey but they have several discount days if you need a price break. The cooked rolls are delicious, the sashimi is always fresh. Pad Thai is awesome, miso soup is about as good as it gets. The decor may be a bit lacking but if its good I will eat in a cardboard box. Wait staff is very friendly and I always feel like coming back right after I leave.

Food was great. My son loved the noodles. Green ocean roll, amazing. DO NOT BUY A BOTTLE OF WINE!!!! I asked for pinot noir but was told they didnt have any. I was a little shocked that they served a $3 bottle of cabernet from Walmart (oak leaf). For $18........ I recommend digging a little deeper and serving an appropriate wine. I just worry about quality when I seen that.

Came in here on a Sunday after a weekend spent at Hammock Beach Resorts for a wedding. The interior had a pretty basic look and feel to it. Nothing fancy. Was able to try the Mango Roll, Rainbow Roll, Kawa Roll and the King Dragon roll. The King Dragon and the Rainbow roll were my favorites. All of the rolls were fresh and the sushi Chef took a good amount of time preparing them. I would definitely recommend this place to sushi fans in the Palm Coast area.

Kawa Sushi is wonderful. The menu, atmosphere, and employees all are wonderful.

Good service, hard bench seats not very comfortable. Appetizer tempura sampler wasn't very good, main hibachi courses of chicken and steak was cooked perfectly and tasted very good. We will be back but will choose a different soup and appetizer. Overall good but Sakura steakhouse in palm coast is much better both food wise and decor.

It is okay - got the shrimp hibatchi --- I feel it is a few dollars over priced for the amount of food and the quality of it. Plenty of rice and vegetables but not enough shrimp I believe.

Been there several times and it's always really good & the people are nice too. Great salmon skin hand rolls!

I was blown away at the deals on sushi here, so we gave them a try. This was my first time dining in. I've been in the mindset of late that sushi is overpriced, played out and not what it used to be! Thank you KAWA SUSHI for renewing my faith in an old favorite. I loved your menu and the quality of the sushi. I ordered the Alaska roll-(salmon, cucumber and avocado) very fresh, and veggie tempura roll was also really great. My favorite was the futomaki! People, they do it perfect here! Don't forget to order this classic! I also loved the salmon and mango-I will order it again and again. I asked for them to put lemon in it and it was an amazing flavor combo! I got the spicy girl roll which was good, but I love basic rolls so this was my least fav. Next roll I try will be the mango roll & Miami roll. They sound really good. We almost got more, but we didn't want to overdue it. We ordered 5 rolls for 2 adults and one child. We could've eaten more, but this was perfect because we weren't starving upon arrival.

We come here 2,3 times per week, lunch or dinner. Sushi lovers for many years from New York we finally found this place to fulfill our appetites. Menu is great, staff is attentive. Highly recommend! They added Thai food to kill fo

I came here after purchasing a groupon; the food was great, and everything tasted fresh to order. The table loved the Miami roll, and we had no choice but to order it twice. The sparkling sake was good, but a bit to sweet for my taste. Mochi green tea and tempura vanilla ice cream was great. I will definitely add Kawa Sushi to my good sushi list. Our server was polite and humble.

Nothing but great things to say about Kawa Sushi! My boyfriend and I were staying at Hammock Beach Resort about 15 minutes from Kawa Sushi. We normally would eat at the sushi place on the resort but it was closed due to the season. Following our sushi craving, we came across Kawa Sushi. We loved it so much we went two nights in a row. For starters, the food was excellent. Sushi was delicious and very fresh. My boyfriend loved their miso soup and Seafood Udon and Soba noodles. Also recommend their cappuccino bubble tea. I am not one to usually write reviews but this place really impressed us. Great happy hour specials and awesome service were another major plus to this restaurant. If you are in Palm Coast, FL I highly recommend Kawa Sushi.

The quality and quantity of fish in the sushi and rolls was phenomenal! I highly recommend Kawa to anyone seeking high quality, low price sushi.

Great for a quick lunch that you won't feel guilty about. Fast service, good food, good prices. I spend $10 to get lunch, a drink, and not deal with that gross feeling that comes with too much chinese or drive thru food. Their rolls are decently priced, and the bento box lunch specials are almost too much food. Good, relaxing atmosphere as well.

The sushi was okay. good portions. very small dining area. noisy if there are many customers. Pricey drinks

Although the wait staff didn't understand what a gluten-allergy was and couldn't tell me what ingredients were in their sauce.."we buy in bulk from a vendor"..."ok, and you don't know what the ingredients are that are in the sauces you buy?"...Nope! So I stuck with veggie sushi but they had a delicious avocado with peanut sushi!! Have been to numerous sushi places all over, and never had that before. Excellent. My mom's chicken teriyaki, though good, was a little dry according to her.
